Belgrade Offers Free Bus Tours to Discover the City's Hidden Stories
The Tourist Organization of Belgrade launches free panoramic bus tours starting June 10. Every Wednesday at 6 PM, visitors can explore the city's secrets with professional guides — at no cost.
BELGRADE — The Tourist Organization of Belgrade (TOB) has launched an initiative that will delight both travelers and locals: free panoramic bus tours to discover the Serbian capital from a different perspective. Under the name "Everything You Didn't Know About Belgrade", the tours will begin on June 10 and will take place every Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
The route departs from the marked tourist bus stop at Nikola Pašić Square and covers some of the city's most emblematic streets and boulevards: Kneza Miloša Street, Liberation Square, Autokomanda, Slavija Square, Kralja Milana Street, Terazije, Kolarčeva Street, Republic Square, Pariska Street, and Nikola Tesla Boulevard.
The tours will be led by experienced professionals with years of experience in the tourism sector, who have guided thousands of domestic and foreign visitors, official delegations, and business travelers. The goal is to offer an authentic experience, away from conventional tourist circuits, revealing stories and details that don't usually appear in guidebooks.
Capacity is limited, so the Tourist Organization of Belgrade requires advance registration. Interested visitors can sign up at the TOB info center at Knez Mihailova 56 or by calling 011/2635-343.
The initiative adds to other TOB programs to promote Belgrade as a tourist destination. This summer, the city also offers guided walking tours and other cultural activities. The free bus tours, however, are one of the most accessible options for those wanting to get to know the capital in a short time and at no cost.
For Spanish travelers visiting Belgrade this summer, the initiative represents an excellent opportunity to discover the city with expert local guides. And, as is often the case in the Balkans, the price is hard to beat: zero euros.
