BELGRADE — Serbian company Tridesetri, developer of the Hexavera platform for intelligent workforce management in manufacturing, has been accepted into NVIDIA Inception, the global program for startups developing innovative AI-based solutions.
This is not the first international recognition for the startup. Tridesetri was already part of Microsoft for Startups. With admission to NVIDIA Inception, the company gains access to AI technologies, specialized mentors, technical support, and a global network of partners and investors.
Tijana Naprta, co-founder and COO of Tridesetri, explained the company's vision: "Our vision is that every manager or employee can get the right answer or initiate action with a simple conversation, regardless of where the data is located. AI is not a goal for us, but a means to make the complexity of industrial systems simpler for the end user."
Hexavera integrates data from multiple systems: time and attendance records, access control, employee qualifications, regulatory compliance, and production needs. The goal is to give managers real-time visibility into which workers meet the requirements to be assigned to a specific task.
The platform includes a conversational assistant called Vera, which allows employees and managers to obtain information and manage tasks through natural language.
The company plans to further develop the platform's AI capabilities and expand its presence in the European market, with a special focus on large manufacturing systems where workforce management is a key operational challenge.
NVIDIA Inception is open to startups worldwide at no cost and with no equity requirement. For Hexavera, it represents an opportunity to accelerate growth with the backing of one of the most influential players in the global technology ecosystem.
Serbia's ICT sector reached €5.2 billion in exports in 2025 and the country has 150,000 qualified engineers. That a Serbian startup is capturing the attention of both NVIDIA and Microsoft reflects the potential of the technology ecosystem emerging in the Balkans.
